Announcement for the program FABER CASTELL.

Concept of the program is, There will be Two rounds conducted. In Round1,connecting ideas--Similar to GD,Fist of Fury---Debate. In round2,Split.
The main difference between GD and our connecting ideas is that, here there will be 2 performers on the stage,so the competition will be among them only. This is like we are introducing GD. Coming to 2nd area, Debate is quarrel between two. Some of them will be filtered and moved to Round2. Split is a program where Single person takes two characters. He involves in both the characters.

Announcement for the program AT DAGGERS DAWN-FACE N FEEL THE RIVALRY

This program is especially for 2/4's . This program comprises of two rounds. And the first round is a group debate . A group debate between two groups .Each group will give two similary topics (for example Hard work vs smart work ). Each group have to talk fever to they topic & oppose the other team. 10 (5boys &5girls) students were selected in the first round and will be entering into the second round . There is a GD between the 10 finalist
It is on 14 February, thursday.

Nipuna is a two day workshop being organized by ISTE students chapter of SRKREC to enhance management skills and soft skills of young engineers. Announcement for the program OPEC-"OOZE AND PERSONIFY EMINENTLY THE CARICATURE"

This program is especially for 2/4's. This program comprises two rounds. The first round deals with personify the caricature. you will be given a caricature- cartoonscape in editorial pages. you will have to enact the roles in the caricatures as if you are the person in the caricature. Some students will be selected in the first round and will be entering into the second round which is the reporter round. In this round as if you are the reporter for a news channel,you have to report about the particular incident as a reporter reports to a news studio.

Report on the program POT POURRI

Its a picture based group discussion. It is to improve the imaginative skills,analytical ability of the participants.and also helps the participants to tackle with the group.

strength:70 members.

The program went well. Students participated very enthusiastically. In feed back forms many wanted programs for doveloping communication skills and useful for campus interviews like group discussion, debates etc., and some new programs if any.

Announcement for the program "POTPOURRI"

Potpourri
....an emulsion of ideas.

This program is especially for 2/4's. This is nearly a group discussion, but with a slight modification in the idea. In this an image is given to the participants, they have to analyze that picture and have to discuss their views on it with their co-participants to end with an apt conclusion. As this includes reasoning apart from communication, it helps to hone creativity.

Report on the program FACE 2 FACE

Program was conducted on 24Th Jan 08 at LH2 from 5pm to 8:30pm exclusively for 2/4's. The number of participants were 40. We conducted the program successfully. There was a good response for the TECHNICAL PRESENTATION on latest storage devices.

The judges were:

Announcement for program FACE 2 FACE

PROGRAM NAME: FACE 2 FACE

TAG LINE: FOIN IN THE FORD

CONCEPT: The concept of the program is: It has 3 distinct stages or episodes which test various skills of an individual.
1) All the Worlds a Stage: Its a kind of a debate, the participants shall be given a anonymous character. It is required that the participant assumes himself in the characters position and has to have a debate with his opponent,
2) Field 2 Field: It is similar to All The Worlds A Stage but the participant will be provided with specific character,
3) Meet The Press: One participant will be given the character of a journalist and the other a celebrity. The Press person is required to ask questions, the other has to answer, thus we draw from the participant the questioning ability also the answering capability to tactical questioning!

Report on "GPW-2K7"(Gibbon play with words)

The program was conducted on 27th december 2007. We conducted the programme succesfully. The no. of participants are 58. There was good response from the second years.

There was good response for the TITM which was presented on ISRO.
