COLLOQUY

This program is basically a group discussion. The main objective of this program is to introduce the concept of Group Discussion to the 2nd years. Group Discussions are the main criteria of any company to decide a person's communication skills. So we are planning to make the 2nd years get acquainted with group discussions. A mock GD would be given by the seniors. At the starting of the programme GD tips would be given to the students by Satish 4/4 E.C.E. who got recruited in Accenture.

The program is for the 3/4 's.It has two rounds ,first round is a debate in which you have to come along with your partner.The topic will be given to you before ten minutes.The time limit is 3 minutes.If you don't have a partner we will provide you the partner.The candidates who perform well in the debate will go to the GD which is a second round.As usual there are fun hours too.The topics are current topics .

The main theme of this programme is that - A situation will be given to the participant, and he needs to analyse that situation and explain how would he react and respond in that situation.

REPORT ON NIZHNY FAIR

Apart from regular extempores so far conducted for 2/4's ,a more entertaining and thought provoking program was expected.We came out with NIZHNY FAIR which aimed at testing how innovative,spontaneous and communicative people are. People are required to market a product of their choice and impress the judges.Queries were also asked by judges.
Out of 32 participants the following stood in top 3 places:

BRIDGE

Bring Relation In Diagrams & Generate Ecstasy


We the 2nd batch organizers, organized a program by name BRIDGE for ¾'s on August 2nd , 2007. Theme of the program is each participant will be given a set of pictures
and he/ she has to correlate all the pictures & express their views and ideas. The motive of the program is to bring out the creative skills & spontaneity in students. Around 65 members attended to the program & 49 members participated. Every one participated with great enthusiasm & expressed their ideas in lucid varieties. As a whole the program was successful.
